1. Eligibility & Scope

• Jurisdiction: Our website and services are operated from India and are intended solely for users located within India. We currently ship exclusively across serviceable pin codes in India.
  

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or using the site under adult/parental supervision) to place orders on our platform.
  

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the accurate descriptions, ingredients, and packaging of our health products (Allulose, Pumpkin Seed Powder, and Dehydrated Fruit & Vegetable Powders). However, minor variations may occur due to natural harvesting or packaging updates.
  

• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to alter or modify prices without prior notice.
  

• Availability: Stock availability is subject to change. In case an ordered item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel or fulfill partial orders with prior customer notification.
  

3. Orders, Payments & Billing

• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation email/SMS does not constitute formal acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for operational or security reasons.
  

• Secure Payments: Online payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets). Midhavai does not store complete financial card details or UPI PINs.
  

4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

• Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered across India within 3–7 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders.
  

• Cancellations & Returns: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Due to the consumable nature of our food and wellness products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, reported with unboxing proof within 24 hours of delivery.
  

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including brand logos (Midhavai), text, graphics, product images, banners, layouts, and software—is the exclusive property of Midhavai. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Midhavai’s health products (such as Allulose and seed powders) are intended as dietary and wellness alternatives. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Customers with pre-existing medical conditions or dietary allergies should consult a physician before incorporating new health supplements into their daily routine. Midhavai shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow product labels.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu - India.
